Dogoozx provides a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all of its camera modules. The details of the warranty policy are outlined below:

Free Repair or Replacement During the Warranty Period

During the 2-year warranty period, Dogoozx guarantees to repair or replace any defective camera module free of charge, unconditionally.

Freight and Duty Coverage

During the warranty period, all freight and customs duties associated with the repair or replacement of the camera module will be borne by Dogoozx.

Timely Return of Repaired Products

All products returned for repair will be processed and shipped back to our customers within 7 days of receipt.

Our production workshop is more than 2,000 square meters, with 6 product lines, a 100-level dust-free production workshop, and a 1,000-level operation level. We have successfully introduced automated equipment production lines with a production capacity of 600,000+/month.
